What is it, not a PW or WW does anyone have a clue? "Click" to Login or Register

have just come across this and like to know what is it or the maker as it is not clear from the photo. It looks like a old nurses or Dr's watch, that could be pinned to the vest or sat on the cupboard . The type of clasp looks like japanese but i could be totally wrong.

My impression a complete watch has been set into what may turn out to be a custom made holder, closer images could prove very interesting.
