Help with tool or finding a tool "Click" to Login or Register

Hi, I am learning how to do basic repair on watches and time came to learn about Stems & Crowns. I am learning how to extract broken off stem from inside a crown )))). The watchmaker that is teaching me uses a tool to hold crown that he has bee using for 40+ years and I am trying to find this tool or something close to it.
Maybe I am going about it wrong way but in general I am looking for a tool to hold watch crown while I extract a peace of broke off stem.
If this tool is common please advise me on what is it how and where to purchase it. If not I have few pictures I snapped they aren't that great I will try to re-upload better quality. This is a grab like pliers tool with ridges and a notch for holding a crown and also instead to squeezing to hold handle turns and crown is tightly secured for cutting, drilling or adjustment. Thank you very much Please HELP me !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a hand vise, and there are several styles. I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do with it, but you can find them on e### under watch tools.
