I do not know if this is the right place to ask but here goes. I found what looks to be a fairly old ring watch with the name BUCHERER on the dial and swiss printed on the the bottom ofthe dial. the case is stamped METAL. The movement is 17 jewels wind up. My question is " Did Bucherer make any cheaper watches in metal cases or is this a piece of junk. It keeps good time . Thanks Bill

AFAIK Bucherer didn't "make" any watches back in the day, they were a retailer. You'll find watches by many different makers with Bucherer dials/cases.
