Could I ask for advice please. I am not that familiar with American wristwatch movements.

Are the barrel bridges of the Elgin 15-0s interchangable across the different grades? I have identified my movement as the Model 2 15-0 size but within this there are different grades which I imagine relate to different levels of finishing and subsequent slight model changes.

But the barrel bridge seems the same other than the fact that some grades have a deeper bevel on the edge.

Mine is 21 Jewels so I am planning to find a 21 jewels scrap movement.

Grateful for any advice the american experts can give.

Kind Regards

Can you post a photo of the movement so I can look through my stockpile of watches.

Very kind of you to offer.

However I am pleased to say that I have now got this sorted out. Funny enough in the very way you mention, sending a photo and then checking scrap movements.

Thank you once again for taking the trouble to respond to my post, very much appreciated.

Kind Regards
