Illinois Watch-Too Good To Be True? Would Like Info and Value??? "Click" to Login or Register

I just picked up this watch. Looks to be in mint condition, too good to be true. Does it look to be all original and rate this condition? Outer rim is gold and engraved top and bottom looks to be white gold. Looked for info in Shugarts and was not able to find it. Anyone have info/history and value of this piece? Appreciated, thanks.

It looks to be an engraved 2-tone Whippet. The center piece seems to be configured a bit unusual -- and also 2 tone but a bit different than normal. I wonder if it is all gold filled? The dial is a beauty.
