condensation
I was wearing my old Mido Powerwind the other day while shoveling snow. When I came in I noticed condensation forming under the dial. Any good solutions to this problem?

Thanks,
Dana

Unless the watch was completely sealed I think this is unavoidable. IMO the best way to handle this would be to warm the watch gradually to drive out the moisture.

It might sound odd, but I've had success sitting a moist cell-phone in a bag of un-cooked dry rice.

Dana, If I'm not mistaken, this is a screw back that should have some degree of water resistance. I would recommend getting the watch serviced, or at the very least pressure tested.
