The quality has improved on these fakes. I saw a fake Panerai Mare Nostrum in downtown L.A., Santee Street, a few years back and was amazed at the quality, even the bracelet was quality. It was a chronograph and the hands were resetting with a nice snap. The weight of it felt great. I didn't buy it and have no idea as to how long it would have lasted. I think about it sometimes and wonder if I should have....
