Hamilton Engraved Bezel Watches
Jeff's post regarding the classic Hamilton Tonneau, and my follow-up post reminded me of a discussion I had with Bryan Giouard at the St. Louis Show last year. At that mart we discussed our thoughts and feelings regarding the many early Hamilton wrist watches that were produced in both "engraved bezel" and "plain bezel" varieties. I typically prefer the engraved examples. Truth be told, more often than not I prefer the one I don't own, and that fuels the obsession for just one more watch. What follows are some examples of the engraved watches.... My hope is that Bryan and others will add some examples of plain bezel and engraved early Hamiltons.
