Can anyone tell me anything about this watch?
The movement says Elgin 929

Interesting watch Roddy, Elgin used the “Datemaster” name on a few of their later swiss watches but I’ve only seen the combined Day/Date function on the round case watches, not the cushion style you have here.
I could not find this particular watch in any of my books. I like the Day function on it as it kind of sets it apart from the norm.

Thanks for the update Ray. I tried looking it up for days, Google etc. and can find no mention of this watch.
