Omega Identification - please help! "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Hello everybody!

Please have a look at this Omega - can anybody identify it? Is it from the fifties? Older? Compared the movement to the pictures in the price guide. It looks much like the cal. 100, but I think it's not the same.

Thank you very much in andvance!

Regards
Gerd

Hi Gerd
Funny thing to communicate from Germany to Austria via U.S.A about a vintage swiss watch !

Your Omega was made ca. 1935 shown by the numbers on movement and case. The movement is a cal. 26,5 predecessor of cal. 100. I think the Omega watches of that time had no model name.

Gerald

Hello Gerald,

you are right, that's really funny. The long detour is very short through the internet, as you can see. That's what fascinates me about the internet every day!

Anyway, thank you very much for the information. Have a nice Sunday!

Regards
Gerd
