What,s the right name for this Longines case
What is the right name for this style case is it caled knotted lugs or is there a name for it..the 14k case and movement are in great condition but the dial is trash..

Hey Samie Email me about the size of this dial. Going through this shop I acquired there is a ton of great parts and a lot of longines parts including dials.

Samie,

That same case design (made by Wadsworth) was used by LeCoultre and by Gruen. For what it's worth, Gruen referred to it as "banded lugs", but I've always called them "knotted lugs" as well.

Is yours a Wadsworth case?
