I picked this up today. I have seen these dials on nickel and white gold cases. This is the first I have seen with 14k gold. Anyone seen this watch? Any info on this peice. Appreciated, thanks.

welcome once again to the IHC.

In looking at the pictures of your Gruen watch I should point out, it's 14K Gold Filled NOT solid 14K Gold as I think you may have intimated.

If you had it restored, it should look pretty nice. Although you should balance the cost of restoration vs the potential value of the watch. ( I'd estimate this type of model watch to be valued around $125.00 - $175.00 in restored condition )
