Stephanie O'NeilHi Tom,
Neat watch and definitely a "FUN" watch put out by Lego! Great thread in clock forum as well.
Enjoyed! Thanks for participating.

Stephanie O'NeilOkay yall, another resurrection(thread) from the dead.

I just love colored dials wristwatches, particularly those that show the color wheel, and, move as well.
I've recently added another to my collection.
Take a look!
Even Sheffield got in on the act back then, 60's or 70's.

Cort MooreGreat thread Stephanie! "Fun watches" is how I've referred these different, "off-beat" and downright peculiar watches for years. I don't save photos but I did find this Boris and Natasha watch in my photo file. I am looking forward to adding further though (look out!).

p.s.- It'd be nice if Adam Hutira could be coaxed into posting pics from his collection again.

Cort MooreA 1949 Muros burro. This was the same co. that produced the animated Lil Abner watches the following year.

Cort MooreAnother from the Muros barnyard, a 1949 pecking chicken (posted once before on the "what watch did you wear today thread).

I have a "Newfex" like that one, and can't find out ANY info on it. I assume it is a "newfie joke" watch. Sheesh... and I thought I was sitting on a gold mine! I found it in my dad's belongings after he passed away (he was 79) and I never laid eyes on it before then. Could you please email me? da_shea04@hotmail.com
Many thanks.

Bill CarlsonIts fun to see the fun watches of all kinds. It looks like this thread was started quite awhile ago. I'll try to add a few more to it. I find most of these at garage sales for little or nothing. Makes the sales more interesting when you find a watch. Some are good ones and some are just fun watches.
This is my wifes and its a real keeper for her.

Bill CarlsonAnother one, but I don't know where it came from. USA or somewhere else.
March 12, 2008, 17:50
Bill CarlsonThis is another shot of it. It also has a 1999 on the dial in red.
March 12, 2008, 17:53
Bill CarlsonThis is another odd one. It also has red lights that light when you push the button. This is still in the box. If anyone has any information on the Coke watch above and this watch, I would be interested in hearing about them.

Bill CarlsonThis is new in a metal box.

Stephanie O'NeilBill, thanks for showing us some of your "fun watches". Bet that coke watch will be a collectible one of these days. Hope you can get more info on that one!
