The 1946 catalog confirms the watch was made in 10K gold-fill, with a 980 movement.

I have scanned all the Hamilton catalogs and price lists through 1960 that we have at the library. They are on four CD's and can be checked out from the Library. The 4th one contains 1946-60. I am working on the catalogs from the 1960s now.
