I broke down and spent the money on a good watch. I started out looking at Rolexes but just couldn't find one for what I was willing to pay. I then looked for Omega and found this one for $400. It's a mid 70's dress Seamaster in fantastic condition with a real omega band and original crystal. It was represented as having only been worn for special occasions and in a drawer for the rest of the time. It has the 1012 automatic movement. I like it a lot.

Omega is simply a great watch. I have one made in 1947, the year I was born. It runs better than I do.
