Advice on hamilton linwood "Click" to Login or Register

As a collector, could anyone familiar with hamiltons give me advice on a hamilton linwood. I can buy one which is in excellent condition for $335. The case is in excellent shape, as well as the crystal and movement. It was made in 1938. Do you believe this is a good price, or if not what price do you think I should pay? Thanks, Richard

Richard,
How much lug tip wear do you see. You generally see a good bit of wear on the lug tips. I would pay $335 on a super condition Linwood.

It's in the ballpark of what Linwoods (very good condition & keeping time) have been selling for on Ebay recently.
