Recently acquired an Elgin Skyscraper in excellent original condition. I understand they are popular with collectors. Would like to sell it but am unsure of potential value. Does anyone have any idea what a fair price might be?

Thanks,
Dana

Hi,

I guess it depends partly on what you paid for it. I bought a great one recently for $500.

Email me at psychiatrichelp@cinci.rr.com [or post here] if you what further info or help.

Dana, you may add additional images in this topic by simply clicking "Reply to Post" then provide a description and the image. That is the easy way to share one image in each of your postings.

By the way, is that a silver case?

Great watch that screams of "Art-Deco" design!

Debbie-

Thanks for that advice. The case is white gold filled and I agree that it is up there on the deco scale.

Dana,

Have you sold it yet? I've always liked how the 10 is arranged on the dial, but I've never owned one yet.

Regards,
Rick

Rick-

It's for sale on ebay now. I don't recall seeing any other watches that do the 10 that way. Can you think of any?
