I looked in Shugarts book and saw this case or watch, but it said 15J, this is 17J watch. Does anyone know which Illinois watch this is and a rough idea on value? I saw it for $135. Appreciated, thanks.

It is a Beau Brummel, and can have a 17, 19, or 21 jewel movement, and sub seconds at the 6 or 9 positions. The stated price seems OK for condition.

Shugart is not detailed enough for Illinois variations - see the excellent book by Fred Friedberg.
