which illinois wristwatch is this,,,yesterday i bought a old watchmakers shop material there was several wristwatches left in a watchmakers bench ,,,this was one of them..

My question is which style illinois watch is this and how old..It is in a star gold filled case..Is this the(( Ensign)))
