Tissot stem problem
Hi all,I have a Tissot Seastar auto PR516.I took the movement out of the case to clean the case up a bit,so far so good. The stem went back in no problem. When I come to put back in case the stem does not go in far enough, cant wind the watch, hands move but not well.Watch is working fine.I have not taken the movement apart at all,I hope the stem has not lost the tip but it looks the same as before.
Any idea what I can try ?

Either you haven’t locked the stem into the detent slot correctly try losing the detent more and see if it seat better, or you have dislodged the sliding pinion/clutch and need to take it apart.

Is the case one piece type (monocoque) or two-piece, with separate case back?
