question on Omega reference numbers "Click" to Login or Register

I'm looking at an Omega Constellation which is described as (and appears to be in pictures) stainless steel with a stainless steel bracelet. But, an online database claims it should be 18K solid gold with an (original) leather bracelet. I've double checked the number against the listing and the picture of the inside of the back. The movement serial number indicates a production date consistent with the reference number.

Comments? Guidance?
