here is a nice Gruen with a 14k rose gold case and a 2 tone 24 hour dial..I now own 2 Gruens with the 24 hour 2 tone dials this one and a gold filled one.. I think this is called the Pan-American dial | ||

Here's a couple of my Gruens with Pan American Dials. I believe these watches were used by Pan American pilots in the 30's/40's timeframe. I'd also expect some of these watches saw military service in WWII. Dave Freeman IHC Member 321 | ||||

Dave nice watches the one dial looks to be just like or very close to the one i posted..I resale most watches i buy but may keep this one .. glad you posted up the Pan American Airways picture I was wondering where these dials got their name (Pan American) now i know.. | |||
