Seiko 6139-6005 chrono bracelet links needed.

Anyone know where I could find some spare links for the original bracelet?

Hi Roddy,

Usually you can call the manufacturer providing the model number and other pertinent information and they will send links free or for a minimal charge.

I have found Seiko to be a good company, in Canada call...

Odyssey Time Inc.
60 Prince Andrew Place, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M3C 2H4
Telephone: 647-288-2222

Web: http://www.seikocan.com/
eMail: contactus@seikocan.com

And for US residents...

SEIKO Corporation of America
1111 Macarthur Boulevard, Mahwah, NJ 07430, U.S.A
Telephone: 201-529-3316

Web: http://www.seikousa.com/
eMail: custserv@seikousa.com

My style is to call them on the phone, that way you find a real Smile person.

Let us know how it goes,

Lindell

Did you gbet my PM Linell?

Hi Lindell,
Actually, it was Seiko Canada, OTI or Odyssey Time Inc.
who serviced the watch. They say they don't have any links, and that they don't know what could have happened to mine.
All I know is, the watch fitted very comfortably when I sent it in, now I can't get it on my wrist & I've lost weight.

Regards, Rod

Roddy,

My next recommendation is to call them around 10:30 tomorrow morning.

Find the highest-ranking management person you can, simply asking for customer service may not be sufficient. Write down their full name and phone number for reference. Then have that person go to www.ihc185.com and look at this topic. At that point they will see my first post states...

"I have found Seiko to be a good company"

...and anyone with management skills would want to live up to that standard.

Seiko is a reputable company and if necessary I will call Seiko in New Jersey if that would help in any way. I predict there will be a happy ending.
