Here is something I just found while clearing out my draw. Its from about the 80s and was the watch given as a side gift to those competing on the "Wheel of Fortune" TV game show only and made specially for this purpose, it has the rule book instruction manual etc never been used. Do these things have any value? do people collect them. it use to work and imagine with a new battery would again.

Hi Chris. I always go by the adage that every watch is collectable. To get the best price on a sale, one must present it to the right audience. I would think that you would stand the best bet for a higher sale price on e-bay than on this MB site. Here we have almost all watch collectors. On e-bay you would expose it to those who collect novelties, not only watches. Nice novelty watch. I'm sure that someone out there is interested in ephemera from game shows. Good luck, Tom

Thanks Tom, Youre right off course if I could find a novelty TV section plus watch area may get interest. SHARP watch Co are they still around. The case/strap reminds me of a Swatch Watch I had in the late seventies, but with black hands, black dial!, you always knew who had one they would stand at funny angles trying to catch the light so they could see the hands!
