I have just purchased a few vintage watches.One of them is named aro and below that is ancre 15 jewels.It has a golden face and sub dial at 6.I tried googling aro but got nothing.Can anyone hepl me identify aro please? and what does ancre mean

I believe the word ancre means it has a lever escapement. If you could post some photos it might help identify the watch.

As can be seen from the pictures, the last 2 are of the back casing.Unfortunately the casing is worn so I have no idea what the numbers were.
