Looks like a typical analog VOM meter. It is used to measure AC voltage (alternating current), DC voltage (direct current), resistance (ohms) and probably miliamps. You need to know what you are trying to measure before you use it. For example if you have a 1.5 volt battery that you want to test, you put the dial on the 3V DC scale, the red lead on the +, the black lead on the - and the meter will show you the DC voltage of the battery. | |||
