Eugene Buffard said he had a complete set of 974 Special plates, so I thought I would try a reconstruction project.

Parts as received: serial # 2566320

Plates cleaned up nice and all matched.

Interesting plate, cut for pendant set and then recut for lever set.

All together and running.

Add a face and hands. Should be an inter-urban Monty, I'll have to look for one.

Add a case to test carry.

Seems to work fine.

I'm glad this one was saved. Great Job. It looks a lot better than when I bought it in's plastic box condition.
