Serial number 3465914, anyone got any info on year, grade, etc.?

I’m seeing it listed in the Meggers and Ehrhardt Illinois book as a 16 size open face, 19J pendant set model 7, grade 306 from 1919.

Just thought I would add a little more to Richard's post, adjusted to temperature & 3 positions, double roller. The run this watch was from is as follows; 3,465,901-3,466,500, 600 total of this run. Total of this model made, 28,680 in 71 runs between the years of 1911-1925, informaton from another Illinois database.
