I don't really have any questions about this watch. I just wanted to show it off because it's in such good condition. I don't have many like that.

I know, you'd think I could have spelled Connodore, since it was right there on the watch.

Very nice watch in very nice condition. How many jewel is it? I really like the fonts they used n the older watches.

I believe it is a 17j watch, Steve....If I'm reading the photo correctly....
Yes it is a very nice looking watch and the fonts that some of the watches have are really fancy....and some of them look like 'Old English' which is a very fancy elegant looking font....

I guess this is an Illinois watch because of what
Steve said about this being the Illinois File.... Big Grin

Yes, it's an Illinois sn 1,424,532 17j model 5 grade 64. According to Meggers & Ehrhardt, if I'm reading their notes correctly, Illinois made 11,410 of these.
