Have you seen this dial and hands before? If so, please help with identification. If not, then this would add to your database.

Illinois 12s had hands that look similar but I think these are just generic replacements.

I have seen the dial but I think it is a standard dial on which the arrows out have been covered with what I assume to be some luminous material to match the hands.

Right, Lorne, but this looks to me to be either a factory special order, or a later add by an RR watchmaker. It is workmanlike. The luminous dots together with the hands, which are not typical for this grade, frame what looks like an intentional effect. The man who bought the watch may have needed it to work especially for a night shift.
