Steve GossardIllinois wristwatch question
Every Illinois wristwatch in Meggers' big Illinois watch book is identified as "unadjusted." Even the grade 601, which I believe was Illinois' highest grade wristwatch, was unadjusted. Why? Hadn't they developed the technology to adjust watches of this small size at that time? Or didn't they think wristwatches were important enough to deserve this much attention?
