I have another one just like this one, but It does not say Special, and I have never seen one marked special like this. How rare is this? If you can not see the S.N. in the pictures it is 1874281.

This marking is from a single run of 200 movements, made in the Oct 1907 - Feb 1908 period. IMHO this is a scarce and highly desireable movement.
