In a recent post I made mention of a Climax Locomitive operated by the Puffing Billy railway in Melbourne's Dandenong ranges. Here is a picture of it. Taken during a special run for members and friends. The loco is not used for normal traffic as it is too slow. Loco is currently out of ticket and awaiting funds for heavy boiler repair.

To preserve the history of the loco it is only ever fired with wood. Hard work for the fireman and the support crew.
