Michael Wegnerchelsea hairspring??
Good day to all - - I am in need of a hairspring for a chelsea movement. I have searched a bit on the forums and tried emailing Ron Bechler as he was praised repeatedly, but all attempts failed. Can anyone help me with a direction/parts source?
Thanks in advance!

Michael WegnerThanks for the glimmer of hope - - but they sent a reply about that part not being available any longer but they could custom make one if I sent it in. Serial number looked to be from 1905 to 1910 I believe. Time to get creative.
Again - - thanks for the reply!!

Dave TurnerI had a Chelsea staff replaced by a guy in Florida. But for the life of me so far I can't find his contact. I'll do some more digging if you're inclined to call him.
Meanwhile, have you tried Timesavers:

Thomas M. CusackIts a platform escapement, Do they have the whole platform. At Chelsea Clock or you could just send them the part to make it might be pretty cheap or you can try here lenny@clockmedic.com or Paul on this site he fixed one for me ,still works great.
