Mike RouseThat was a VERY NICE watch that I really wanted . If I wasnt in the middle of a real estate purchase I would have went after it. Glad you got it Tony . And I think there is a mention of Imperial in an earlier post here . Mike

Larry BuchanA very nice, Hamilton Grade 922 imperial Canada, the one in my collection has a 12 hour dial. I'm still researching these watches, and have not yet found where they fit into the scheme of things. Here is my Grade 923.

Larry BuchanThis pocket watch Tony could be the Rosetta Stone, as the Hamilton Grade 922, and 923 serial numbers are not in the Hamilton Factory records, this private label, Grade 924 is, and was ordered from the Montréal Watch Case Co. who supplied many of the Canadian Hamilton Private labels documented on this thread.

Tom BrownSorry Larry, I am sure I read it at some point, all these names just start to run together. When I didn't see anything listed with the watch photo I searched using the last name but didn't find the post. I will look harder next time.

Larry BuchanHere is a Rockford 18 size with a private label dial marked "E.M. Alum Revelstoke, B.C." Revelstoke is an important Canadian Pacific Railway Divisional point, crews work westward over the Thompson Subdivision to Kamloops, B.C. and eastward over the Rogers Pass on the Mountain Subdivision to Field, British Columbia.
