Fred R. Houghamwork of art as promised
hello everyone,
this is a "n" series Howard # 35788 in a b.w.c. co. 14kt box hinge case. the watch has been in the family since the late 1960"s but prior to that i believe the watch was recased. ive also included pictures of the watch fob which is just as interesting as the watch. the fob is also 14 kt, but i think the watch chain is gold filled.
enjoy

Tom SeymourBeautiful watch!!! Your solution for more than one picture was the same as I used----keep replying to the original. If there is another way, I haven't figured it out yet.
Thanks for posting. It is a great looking watch. My education continues!!

Harold VisserHere is a little info you might find interesting Fred, your #35788 was finished November 30,1872 and sold for $70 (movement only). Nice example of a Howard KW, by the way the patent date on dial refers to the mainspring barrel design.
