Edward a 4 power is fine for changing dials hands etc. these are also made with a plip down lens that will take you up too 7 power..I have 2 of these a 4 power and a six power i use them a lot . | |||

Samie, Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I found a 3.5 power with a 2 power flip down. Now I am not sure it will be enough. I will look some more. Ed | ||||

Edward that should be enough even for taken apart a 16 size or 18 size watch,,when you are checking the jewels pivots etc you will need a regular watchmakers loupe for that. | |||

Samie, I ordered one with a 3.5 lens and a 2.5 loupe. I have a 4x and a 10x loupe for my glasses but not having the depth perception with the loupe's is bothering me. I hope the optivisor will cure that. | ||||
