book on Tall case movement repair/maintenance
Can anyone recommend a book specifically for the operation and repair of weight-driven movements? A text equivalent appropriate for a new clock repair person. I have become fairly familiar with spring driven movements, their maintenance and repair. Also my home shop is fairly adequate. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely, John #0159010

Hello, "Clock Repairers Handbook" ,by Laurie Penman, is a useful book for clocks other than the factory produced American type. Regards, Ged.
