This machine makes the square on the end of the stem or winding bar for watches. With the use of the circular loading plate an operator can load winding bars in the many slots in the plate, start machine and proceed to load up the next automatic machine while the first one does its work. When in operation, the part is picked from the loading plate with picker, loaded into the machine where end is acted upon by a rotary file to make a square on end of bar after indexing to four positions. The finished bar is then ejected and another loaded.
