Anyone have one of these?
I'm trying to work out what might be missing.
There is some sort of attachment missing.
Just above the table when at lowest point there is a threaded opening that goes right through to the clamp side. On the bottom there is a screw and pin that goes to the middle of this opening, I guess to keep whatever it is in place. See last 4 pics
The threaded opening on the table side is a size larger than the threaded opening on the clamp side...

A nice looking drill. It appears to be fully functional as is. There may have been some attachments for centering objects to be drilled, whatever that might have been. Pearls for necklaces, etc? I wish I could be of more assistance.
