On display at the CRMI is this large lathe. Perhaps Frank could provide additonal details about this lathe?

I believe that this lathe was used by Francis W. Davis in developing some very important products that we all use daily. Does anyone know what he invented?

The lathe was made by the Stark Tool Company in Waltham Mass.

When I see George Collard, probably next Thursay at the CRMI He will know all there is to know about Davis & the Stark Tool Co. Leslie & Howatt also know the facts on Davis & Stark Tool Co.
