LARRY IT IS A MORE REFINED ALTERNATIVE TO A JACOT TOOL,THE 3 LARGE WHEELS ARE THE BURNISHING TOOL WHERE A JACOT TOOL IS POWERED BY A BOW AND YOU HOLD THE BURNISHER WITH YOUR HAND.
