I recently purchased a July, 1891 copy of the "Journal of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers" on eBay. This journal had several advertisements that were of interest to me, including one on the back cover by Dueber-Hampden Watches.

It mentions a brochure that was available titled "A Question of Seconds". Has anyone in the Hampden research forum heard of, or has a copy of this brochure?

It would be of interest, as a piece of ephemera, to collectors of these watches.
