Did South Bend make a single sunk montgomery dial?

Yes. Millions. They went on the 12s watches.

Were you asking about a different size?

I've never seen a South Bend enamel single sunk montgomery 16s dial. I can't find one listed in the literature either. For montgomery 16s enamel dials I can only find double sunk examples.
