¿Is the same lever for a hunting style and an open face pocket watch?. I am repairing an open face that has not this part, using an spare purchased with no reference to the style, it seems not to fit.

Carlos,

They are different for open face and hunter and are not interchangable.

They also were sold with either flat or rounded faced pallet jewels for different escape wheels. The flat faced stones were required for rounded escape teeth, and round stones for flat escape teeth.

Here's the Waltham factory numbers for open face variants...

1335- Pallet Fork and Arbor, Complete, Round faced stones, for Open Face Stem Wind only.

1337- Pallet Fork and Arbor, Complete, Flat faced stones, for Open Face Stem Wind only.

Mike,
Thanks for your help in providing the information. I think I have the flat faced escape wheel. Will seek for it.
Saludos
