Pls take a pic of upper and lower part to judge which is the best solution.

if you cant take pics no matter...you have two methods, one is a specialized tool that you may either find in the Bergeon cathalog or you can manufactured yourself

or dip the platine stripped of any other steel parts in a light solution of Acetic Acid and let it stay soaked until the broken screw dissolves...
