If you have not received your PDF let me know as they have been sent out. It is a very large file and some computers may not be able to handle it.
I get mail returns on this one. Mostly the reason given is that the server can't handle a file this long. If you have not received a copy yet this may be the reason.

I did not receive any files.

Well that turned out to be right on the border of some systems.
The mail comes back as to large for the server (Yours)
So now I have reverted to mailing CD's instead. I'll have to get the price of the CD and shipping returned to me.
I have several PDF's that I have trouble mailing so maybe CD is going to be the way to go.
I don't think $1.00 for the CD and .69 priority mail is to much.
So if you did not get yours & want a CD leave name & address below.
