ILLINOIS SCHOOL OF WATCH REPAIR COURSE MATERIALS NEEDED

I have just got this course from the 50's and have decided to give it a go. In the first lesson, it refers to Sheet 1 on top of which one is supposed to place all the parts of the watch they are dismantling on their specifc places on the sheet. That sheet is missing. Anyone have a copy? There may be others I need yet as I go through the course. If I am going to do this by myself I need to do it methodically. Thanks.
I am trying to white out the answers to the exams so I can take them myself & see how I do. Does anyone have this course?
