Ladies watch- timing and missing dial screw question "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Good day guys,

I'm working on a little old ladies watch- swiss made and the dial says Movado for what it's worth. The movment is a bagette which is 17 jewel, unajusted. The ebasche # is "11SF".

Any good way to find a few dial screws for the watch- I'm really having problems with my higher powered loupe matching thread pitch. I've got one screw in an assortment which has the same diameter and it is marked "0.5 m/m". While I've never seen one in watch world- is there thread gauges for these small screws so I could easily match pitch.

The other question is what should my timing machine be set on?? I'm use to Pocket watches @ 18,000 bph.

Sincerely

Michael
