I have a couple of these, different sizes, & with the center hole open. What would they have been used for?
They appear to be gummed on the back so would stick?
This one has the markers/numbers reversed or going backward, with the arrow going clockwise. I also have one with the markers the right way around but the arrow pointing counter-clockwise?

it they are small diameter probably indicators for the alarm on alarm clocks
